How to Add Grant Applications to Grantboost

Grantboost makes adding your grant applications to our AI models easy with just a few simple steps. Here’s how you can add a new grant application:

Step 1: Log into Your Grantboost Account

1. Open your web browser and go to the Grantboost Login Page

2. Enter your email and password.

3. Click on the **Login** button to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Start a New Grant Application Thread

1. Click on the Add Grant Instructions button located on the main dashboard.

2. A window should appear for you to enter in your grant application.

Step 3: Paste Your Grant Application

1. A text box will appear where you can paste the sections of your grant application.

2. Copy your grant application text from where it is located and paste it into the provided text box.

3. Once pasted, click the Save button to save the grant application instructions for the thread.

Step 4: Edit and Update Instructions

1. After saving, the label on the Add Grant Instructions button will update to reflect that your information has been saved.

2. If you need to make any changes, you can click on the updated button label to reopen the text box.

3. Make your edits and hit Save again to update the instructions.

Step 5: Use AI to Assist with Writing Tasks

1. Grantboost includes AI functionality to help you refine and enhance your grant applications.

2. Click on the AI prompt button within the application interface.

3. You can type in a writing task, such as “Summarize the key goals of this grant,” and the AI will generate content based on the context of your organization and the specific grant application.

Step 6: Refine and Copy the Outcome

1. Review the AI-generated content and make any necessary adjustments to refine your grant application.

2. Once satisfied, you can easily copy the refined content directly from the interface to use in your final grant submission.
