Say Goodbye to Grantboost Classic

Starting in September of 2024, we will be phasing out the ability to create text using the Templates section of Grantboost. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our service and enhance your experience with our new Assistant product. 

Here’s what you need to know:

What’s Changing?

Templates Creation: As of September 2024, you will no longer be able to create new text using the Templates section of Grantboost Classic.

Access to Content: You will still have access to all of your existing content created in Grantboost Classic. Your data will remain safe and accessible. We recommend saving a copy of this information somewhere else.

What You Need to Do

Creating New Templates To create new templates, you will need to use our new Assistant product.  It offers advanced features (like adding Grant Applications!), more flexibility, and a more intuitive interface.

How to Transition to the Assistant Product

1. Familiarize Yourself with the Assistant Product: We recommend exploring the features and capabilities of our new Assistant product. Detailed guides and tutorials are available in the help center to help you get started.

2. Submit Feedback in our App: If you have any questions, comments, or concerns before the transition, please submit it as feedback. Our team is small but mighty and makes an effort to read every single piece of feedback that comes in.
